On December 3, 2024, Sustainable Business Development (SBD) Pvt. Ltd. set up a Demonstration and Feedback Collection Desk for Sindhi Handicrafts by Women Artisans at Habib University, Karachi, in celebration of Sindhi Cultural Day.
In collaboration with SRSO, this initiative marked a key milestone in SBD’s research-driven approach to artisan development. The initiative focused on:
🔹 Market Feedback – Capturing customer preferences to help artisans align their crafts with modern trends.
🔹 Knowledge Exchange – Engaging researchers, students, and policymakers in meaningful discussions on empowering artisans.
The insights gathered will shape future counseling and consultative workshops for the SRSO female artisan community.
